As you progress through the main story you will get a chance to upgrade characters by investing points in one of these stats. Vitality = Health

Vitality means the Health bar in Lies of P. The more you invest the better health will be. Total health will keep on increasing with each upgrade, and this will also work on health regeneration. Vigor = Stamina

Technique = Light Attack Power

It is important to upgrade the arm to get the max out of this. You will have to find Legion Caliber in order to upgrade the Puppet String Legion Arm. The base attack where you can drag an enemy towards you or you can hook to an enemy and jump towards it at full speed is available from the start. Later using Legion Caliber you can unlock t here more attacks.

1. Trace: Press and hold the Legion Arm button to track an enemy. Requires 1 Legion Caliber.
2. Dodge: You can dodge after hitting. Requires 2 Legion Caliber.

Weeping Woman is a side quest in Lies of P. To start this quest you will have to locate her inside the house of Elysion Boulevard. While walking on the roof look for the Hair &  Beauty Salon sign board and enter the building. Go to the left outer area and you will spot the weeping woman crying on the window. She will ask you to find her baby.

Where To Find Weeping Woman Baby?

Use the Fast Travel Point to go to Krat City Hall. From that point, turn right toward horse carriages, and then cross the fountain on the left. Cross the stairs and take the first right. You will find an open area between the buildings, clear up the enemies, and interact with the blue orb.

You have now found the Broken Baby Puppet. Now return back to the weeping woman. She will ask you a question and you will be rewarded based on your answer. The first answer is a Lie and the second one is a truth. If you choose to pick the lie and agree with the Woman that her baby is cute she will give you a music record along with a fragment.

• She’s a cute baby: Feel Music Record and Vivid Ergo Fragment.
• That’s a puppet: Vivid Ergo Fragment.

And if you choose to pick the Truth that is denying her baby’s existence you will get a Vivid Ergo Fragment. Each of these fragments can get you 300 Ergo which can be later used to level up in Lies of P. There are also more valuable and rare Ergo in the game, which can help you to unlock powerful weapons. Puppet Destroyer Amulet is in Krat City Hall, placed in a chest on the left corner of the hall area of the building. Piercing Hatred Amulet is dropped by the Mindless Puppet boss, you can unlock this boss fight after talking to Gepetto at the end of the game.

Blue Guardianship Amulet is found in Arche Abbey Outer Wall region of Hotel Krat. You will have to explore the ruins until you find a ladder that will take you to a small open terrace area where the chest with these amulets is kept. The Arm of God amulet is dropped by the final boss Simon Manus.

EXP Farming Tips

EXP is rewarded by completing various missions, but there are two specific challenges that can give you a lot of EXP. It is best for farming XP faster in The First Descendant. Look for Resource Defense and Mine-blocking objectives. They are marked in purple icons in the Kingston region. Both objectives will also reward you with Amorphous Material, which is necessary to unlock new weapon modules, descendants, etc.

One Resource Defense mission is best for EXP farming. You can level up to 20 or 21 within an hour of playing the defense missions. All you have to do is deal with a horde of enemies and complete the mission-related tasks. This will save a ton of your time allowing you to perform better in other missions.

What is Amorphous Material & How to use it?

Amorphous Materials are used for crafting Ultimate weapons in The First Descendant. They are required to be new Descendants like the Bunny. Yet there are 13 Amorphous Materials discovered in the game. Now here are two ways to farm Amorphous Materials in the game.

• Resource Defense Missions
• Mine Blocking Missions

Check the Main Reward list of each mission there might be some Amorphous Materials. But the above two types have the most of them. Mine Blocking Missions are simple, fight with around five different waves of monsters and in the end deal with their commander. After completing all waves you will be rewarded with Amorphous Materials.

Resource Defense also works in a similar way, eliminating enemies to progress to the next wave. But there will be a time limit here, so you have to be quick. After having enough Amorphous Materials talk to Anais at Kingston headquarters.

Select Research Request and you will see the list of items you can request for research. For example a Weapon or a Descendant. You will have to provide the necessary materials required for crafting. You can then visit back again to check if your Research is completed or not. Once done the item will be added to your inventory.

Keep on playing various missions, because Amorphous Materials are random drops. You can always check the rewards section to know more. Also, Anais will give you access to the Descendant Material Shop. You can also go through the store to find any leftover crafting materials. Pay the cost to complete your Research.

To farm Amorphous Materials it is best to focus on Resource Defense and Mine Blocking missions. They are long but they are rewarding. With this you can also check Void Intercept Battles, all of these are listed on the world map.

Abilities:

• Interrogation (Active) – Sneak up to interrogate the FARTHEST enemy, causing ROOT. Then stab them for 120% ABILITY POWER, causing BLEED for 80% ABILITY POWER over 5 SECONDS. Caveira is UNSTOPPABLE during her ability.
• Silent Step (Passive) – Rank 4 – Provides STEALTH when moving around the battlefield.

Squad Perks:

• Unbreakable (Faction Perk)
  • 2 Soldiers – The squad is an unbreakable unit, upon receiving a CONTROL EFFECT, allies are able to overcome it, removing it and all other CONTROL EFFECTS after 1 SECOND(S).
  • 3 Soldiers – CONTROL EFFECTS are now removed IMMEDIATELY.
  • 5 Soldiers – Additionally, after removing any CONTROL EFFECT, allies retaliate, applying the CONTROL EFFECT to the enemy that cast it for 7 seconds (excluding taunt).
• Intimidating (Trait Perk)
  • 2 Soldiers – While above 75% HEALTH, allies are intimidating to the enemy, receiving +30% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.
  • 3 Soldiers – Increased to +60% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.
  • 5 Soldiers – Increased to +120% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER.

Abilities:

• Fearless Leader (Active) – TAUNTS all enemies and HEALS himself for 40% ABILITY POWER per enemy taunted. Any enemies who resist (or are not taunted for any reason), are instead FEARED for 3 seconds.
• True Believer (Passive) – Rank 4 – Receives -90% AREA DAMAGE. Additionally, regenerates 0.5% HEALTH each second per enemy targeting him.

Squad Perks:

• Martyr’s Blessing (Faction Perk)
  • 2 Soldiers – When the first Santa Blanca ally drops below 15% HEALTH, they are blessed by the Devine, and their HEALTH is fully restored.
  • 3 Soldiers – Additionally, the blessed ally is permanently IMMUNE TO CONTROL EFFECTS.
  • 5 Soldiers – Additionally, the blessed ally is seen as a martyr, inspiring all remaining allies and granting them +100% WEAPON & ABILITY POWER for 10 SECONDS.
• Enduring (Trait Perk)
  • 2 Soldiers – While allies are below 40% HEALTH, they are able to endure the harsh situation and receive +30% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
  • 3 Soldiers – Increased to +50% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
  • 5 Soldiers – Increased to +75% DAMAGE REDUCTION.
