  • Players need to locate the CS2.exe game file.
  • Starting from Steam, right click on Counter Strike 2, and then select Manage Files.
  • Once you select the Browse Local Files option, it will take you to the location where the game files are saved.
  • You should follow this path – C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game.
  • Once you find the CS2.exe file, right click and then select Properties.
  • In the window that opens, look for the Compatibility tab from the top and then look for the Disable Fullscreen Optimization in Counter Strike 2.

There are a few other settings that you may want to toggle and experiment to get the best performance for low end PCs.
