An official statement was released by the Counter-Strike 2 Team on Twitter, stating the steps you have to take to report a bug.
- You will have to send a mail to the following Email ID – [email protected]
- The Title of your email has to be ‘CS2LT Bug – ‘ and after the hyphen sign address your issue in short. {Example: CS2LT Bug – Mirage Lagging Spot}
- For the body of the Email, explain the issue you are facing in detail and how often you have faced this problem. Specify all the necessary information with regards to the bug.
- The team also mentioned attaching a clip of the bug if you happen to document the video, to the mail.
- Recheck the email ID once again before you send it.
- Do not keep any expectations of getting a response back as this process started during the Limited Beta test run.
