You need him to kill you, so do not defend yourself. As soon as you die in the game, immediately press Alt + F4 to close the game.

Next, go to Liurnia of the Lakes and head over to Rose Church. Here, you need to retrieve a decent amount of Bloodrose. After you do so, fast travel to the Lost Grace, and then head back.

After you complete these steps, visit the Two Maidens and offer them the bell you received earlier in this guide. Doing so will enable you to purchase Thin Beast Bones. Next, craft the Blood Borne Arrow.

Attach the fresh Blood Borne Arrows to your bow, and keep shooting in the direction of the boss from a distance. After causing some bleed damage, switch over to your poison arrows to cause even more damage. Repeating this process will render the Mohg, Lord of Blood boss frozen.

Once frozen, head over towards him. You can now repeatedly attack him, without expecting any retaliation from him. Avoid staggering him so that he does not unfreeze. You can keep attacking until Mohg runs out of health, and eventually dies.

How to Beat the Crystalian Boss in Elden Ring?

To defeat the Crystalian boss in Elden Ring, head over to the Raya Lucaria Tunnel. Once you make your way here, you will come across the Crystalian boss herself.

When encountering her, we recommend you two-hand your weapon. In doing so, you have a greater chance of inflicting damage upon your enemies, especially the likes of the Crystalian.

Once in the catacombs, you need to make your way to a ladder on a wall. On your way to this ladder, you will encounter a few enemies. If you want to, you can choose to fight them to get in your way. Apart from the chopping attack, Erdtree will also levitate in the air right above you before launching an attack. When completing this move, he will rain down his mighty sword upon you. You will notice that Erdtree keeps repeating this attack on several consecutive occasions.

Upon the completion of a few rounds of the levitating attack, Erdtree will need quite a lot of recovery time. This is your cue to strike when the iron is hot. It is during this moment that you can launch a few attacks and damage the boss’ health.

One of Erdtree’s other attacks is the fire-breathing one. Like a dragon, Erdtree the Burial Watchdog will blow fire from his mouth, leading to immense damage. We recommend you use this attack as an opportunity to regroup and heal yourself. Avoid heading around the boss, as doing so can be fatally dangerous.

Upon arriving at Leyndell, Royal Capital, you need to proceed towards the Grand Lift of Rold. Use the lift to enter the Mountaintops of the Giants region from the east. Use the Haligtree Secret Medallion to transport yourself to the Consecrated Snowfield.

Once at the Consecrated Snowfield, go to the Liturgical Town of Ordina. Here, you need to use both halves of the Haligtree Medallion and head down a long stairway that leads to Ordina. Here, you will acquire the Black Knife Armor set atop a corpse.
