If you haven’t followed the complete MCU watch order, it might seem that Kang the Conqueror and He Who Remains are the same person. Being played by Jonathan Majors, Kang has appeared in Antman 3 and Loki season 1 finale as two variants which may fuel the confusion. That being said, both these variants have met their demise and an early end. But as He who Remains says during the Loki S01 finale to Sylvie, I’ll see you soon. With the emergence of Multiverse and his death, endless variants of Kang the Conqueror are ready for a war in the MCU.

Is He Who Remains Kang the Conqueror?

No. Let me cut straight to the chase, He who Remains and Antman 3’s Kang the Conqueror are not the same. Both these characters are different individual variants of the same character. Debuting his first appearance in MCU during Loki Season 1, He Who Remains is a variant of Nathaniel Richards aka Kang. While we are about to meet more versions of him across MCU’s upcoming phases or Loki season 2, he was implied to be the least evil out of them all. Maintaining the Sacred Timeline, he contained his alter-variants by harnessing the power of Alioth.

Since different realities started branching out after his death, he’s the indirect cause of Multiverse. Thus, unleashing his infinite versions and Kang the Conqueror, an eviler variant as seen in Antman 3. He was exiled to the Quantum Realm by the Council of Kangs as he was set to erase them from other realities. But once Kang meets Janet Van Dyne, he gets on with his Multiverse dominance plans and repairs his machine to traverse through. With both the characters stranded in the Quantum Realm, Janet helps him repair the Multiverse-travelling ship until she realizes his true intentions to conquer the Multiverse. As a result, she steals the ship’s Energy Core to entrap him over there.

Kang the Conqueror vs He Who Remains – Who’s More Powerful?

Despite Kang’s hatred and sheer power, Loki season 1’s finale proved that He Who Remains managed to outsmart every Kang version. He ended the Multiversal War while creating the Sacred Timeline and preventing more of his variants through TVA.

However, as seen from Antman 3, Kang cannot be underestimated either. He can control matter at the flick of his fingers by using the neuro-kinetic Armor. This also allowed him to create massive shockwaves, fire beams, superhuman endurance, and more amazing powers. But considering Kang the Conqueror couldn’t overpower the Council of Kangs aka the Kang Dynasty, it seems he might not be as powerful as He Who Remains. We’re ready to take this back if he somehow survived the events of Antman 3 as feared by Scott Lang.

Keeping these two variants aside, we’ve got bigger things at hand with Antman 3’s end credits scene. With thousands of different variants, the Council of Kangs seems to be a much larger problem than both combined. While both the variants weren’t any good, they wanted to save Multiverse. Scott is haunted by the fact, that something bad is coming, and as warned by Kang, everyone will die if he’s not out. Since the Council imprisoned him for trying to kill them all, he might be the only way to deal with them.

But is he any better? Hell no. If the events of the Avengers: Kang Dynasty do revive the Conqueror to deal with the Council, we’re back to square one, again.

Since season 1 ended with the death of “He who remains”, the sole variant of Kang the Conqueror, there will be multiple versions of him branching out from various realities. If you have seen the end of Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania, you might also be anticipating Victor Timely, another version of Kang. But that being said, the introduction of Ouroboros played by Ke Huy Quan is the most refreshing addition to MCU.

Who is Ouroboros in Loki Season 2?

Ouroboros aka O.B. is revealed to be the chief and sole engineer of Repairs and Advancement at the Time Variance Authority (TVA). He is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all the time-travel devices by TVA members. From the brief glimpse we got, it doesn’t look like he has anywhere to go or a personal life. Just like other members, his work seems to be his entire life.

This may seem because he might have been memory-wiped by He Who Remains (HWR). But as he remembers the conversations with Loki and Mobius clearly, it seems HWR might have missed out on this TVA member. Further adding, he also remembers toiling away over here for 400 years without any visitors. Due to his life being so isolated in TVA and away from other members, he might not have been considered a threat by HWR.

This means he could have some pivotal info about Kang the Conqueror that might help out Loki and Mobius. While it feels a bit stretched, he might even point them both to Victor Timely at some point.

Is Ouroboros Evil?

No, there isn’t any highlight or foreshadowing that indicates Ouroboros is evil in Loki S02 so far. Considering Ancient mythology and folklore, Ouroboros translates to a snake or dragon devouring its own tail. It’s a symbolic iconography indicating the constant birth and death while being reborn from itself. This means balance in all planes of existence. In Norse mythology, Ouroboros is known as the Midgard Serpent who is eventually killed by Thor during the events of Ragnarok.

Similarly, Loki’s Ouroboros also seems to have no beginning or end till now. However, this version of Ouroboros or O.B. doesn’t seem like an evil guy. But if he was to turn evil at some point, the MCU would need a pretty good reason.

Ke Huy Quan Plays the Ouroboros in Loki Season 2

Ke Huy Quan is famously known for playing Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984). Following the fame, he also played Data in the Goonies (1985). After landing a few roles in the ’90s, the actor took a 19-year break from acting until he returned to acting in movies like Finding ‘Ohana (2021) and Everything Everywhere All at Once (2023). The latter movie got him several critical accolades including the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor and a call from Kevin Fiege to join the MCU project. It will be pretty exciting to see what the future holds for this character.

Here’s how to play CSGO after the Counter-Strike 2 launch:

Although it’s a pretty decent weapon, there are many weapons with a higher damage output. Nevertheless, we suggest equipping the weapon you are getting the most kills from. Keep a check if you have the required economy to make the purchase. If not, you can pick up a drop from an enemy or ask your teammates to drop the particular weapon. Learn Weapon Recoil and Spray Patterns

As every weapon has a different recoil, you must analyze their spray patterns. This can be a bit over the top for new CS2 players. Luckily, you can see the bullets from your weapon visibly clear by enabling the Follow Recoil option. For OP weapons like AK-47 and M4A4 or M4A1-S, we learning the spray patterns to land hits easily.

Switch to Knife for Faster Movements

Quite obviously, your primary and secondary weapons weigh more than the Knife. So, it’s better to switch to a knife rather than a gun in your hand. This would help you move faster from different bomb sites or hostage areas. But be sure when to switch back to the main weapons as you do.

Know When to Peek

While peeking, it is recommended to peek quickly and briefly to locate your enemies. In locations such as Long Doors (Dust 2), peeking can land you in some serious trouble. As your opponent might be expecting you to peek from the same spot, it’s advisable to not peek for long.

Be Stealthy when Necessary

When moving across different maps, you should know which position suits you the best. The more unpredictable place you are positioned, the more your enemies will be confused to locate you. It’s also recommended to follow a trigger discipline or else you may end up dead. Try not to attract your enemies due to pointlessly firing from a location.

Learn Call Outs and Line-ups

Become a better team player and keep your comms in check by learning the callouts in CS2. These are typically the jargon or nicknames of the players in the community. All the Bomb Defusal types of maps have two bombsites which are simply called A and B. Mostly, all these maps also have a “Middle” area called Mid. There are plenty of other callouts of Dust 2, Mirage, Inferno, and other maps, as well. To learn more callouts, you should invest more time in the game. Trust me, it’s more practical knowledge than theory.

Turn up the Volume to Max

Although Volume is a personal preference, you may want to increase your sound to hear the footsteps better in CS2. Once you start listening to them, you can track your enemy locations. Be it someone close to you or approaching you, maximum sound can help you trace them efficiently. We recommend using the headphones for the best experience to hear your enemies clearer.

Practice More & Learn Smoke Spots

With the inclusion of Grenade Camera in CS2, you can learn the best smoke spots by practicing among your friends. You can blind and confuse your enemies by covering areas like Mid to guess your team’s position. You can also use these smokes to block the entries of the bomb sites. But before you do so, learn how to use these utilities. To do so, you can practice matches in private lobbies to learn the smoke lineups and spots with your friends.

Watch out Team’s Economy

The essential step of being an awesome team player is keeping an eye on your team’s economy. If you start a round with all the utilities purchased and end up dead, it will be a waste of the economy. So, ensure to buy the same things as your other teammates. When your team is on a losing streak and low on cash, your team can go for an “Eco” mode until you start winning.

Aim Above the Chest

When aiming your reticle, ensure to keep the crosshair slightly above the middle. If you always have your crosshair placed down, it may take a second to position it right. But if you are aware of your reticle placement, this can skyrocket your chances of getting more headshots and kills. Master AWP in Time

Since the AWP Sniper rifle has the highest damage output in CS2, don’t miss out on using this weapon. You can instantly kill enemies with single hits if you master this sniper rifle. For that, we suggest playing custom workshop maps in Counter-Strike 2 with your friends. Once you master AWP, there is no going back to snipers like AUG, Scout, or SG 553.

Lastly, we recommend not playing with the bots for practice. Instead, play a Ranked or Premier mode match to improve your gameplay in CS2. As these matches are particularly short, they can help you learn and analyze plenty of factors. Instead, you must train and hit the gym to unlock the desired body you want. For that, you must complete weekly workouts at the Gatorade Gym. The more stars you earn during these workouts or exercises, the more body types you will unlock. You can view the Workout checklist to know the stars you require to unlock the next body type.

Once you have unlocked a type, follow the below steps for changing your body type:

• Head to the MyPLAYER tab from the Main Menu.
• Select the Appearance tile on the left pane.
• Hit the Appearance tab again, over here.
• Then, view the Workout Checklist by pressing the assigned button.
• Scroll down to Chest and press the Continue button.
• Lastly, select the Body Shape option and toggle the required body type.

Note that you can work out only once a week. We recommend earning three or more stars on these workouts to get an additional Turbo meter. You will get a brief in-game explanation of how the Gatorade Training system works once you arrive. It is as follows:

Welcome to the Gatorade Training Facility! Here you can do a weekly workout where you gain an additional turbo meter, progress your body type, and even upgrade badges.

• Get 3 or 4 stars in 5 different workouts to earn an additional turbo meter.
• Host Private Game upstairs on the second floor, no VC required.
• Playing the Gatorade Reaction drill will discount prices on Gatorade Products.
